Reimagining Global Governance for Food Security Report

"The solutions to hunger and poverty exist, yet they remain out of reach due to a broken global food governance system."

Created for the Kofi Annan Foundation, Reimagining Global Governance for Food Security Report offers practical recommendations to strengthen food and nutrition governance in the face of overlapping global crises, from conflict and climate change to post-pandemic financial strain.

The report centers on a shared commitment to food security as a universal public good, fundamentally connected to climate action and lasting resilience.

In collaboration with Shape History, I led the design of the report, working with Kofi Annan brand elements to translate complex governance reform into a clear, engaging visual narrative.

The layout is clean and modular, allowing readers to navigate dense policy content with ease. A custom navigation system, supported by a cohesive set of icons and illustrations, guides the reader through four critical governance shifts, reinforcing key messages and creating a sense of progression throughout the report. Throughout, the design balances credibility with approachability, making the report feel both authoritative and genuinely welcoming.
