Illustrated guidance on correct ointment application. Haleon required a clear and effective way to communicate proper medication use to consumers. The challenge was to deliver concise, intuitive instructions while maintaining a human, approachable tone aligned with the brand’s visual style.

In response, I developed a series of illustrations that guide users through each step of the process, from correct application to safe disposal, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and visual consistency throughout.
