Dialog Solutions: Icon Ecosystem

Dialog Solutions is a platform that provides precision search tools across more than 140 databases. It is trusted by researchers and professionals for medical literature reviews, drug safety, and patent research. The request was to create a cohesive icon ecosystem that communicates the platform's core capabilities while clearly differentiating its range of products. The visual system also needed to be flexible enough to support a wide variety of assets production, including white papers, social media, marketing materials, and the website.

In response, I developed a scalable icon system that uses color as the primary differentiator between products. The system spans multiple levels of visual complexity, from simple, minimal icons to more detailed, narrative illustrated icons, and can be combined to create larger, cohesive illustrations when needed. The visual language strikes a balance between scientific precision and a human-centered approach, reflecting both the platform's technical expertise and its commitment to improving healthcare outcomes.
